The X-axis and Y-axis represent the principal component axes, with the percentages indicating the proportion of variation explained by each component. Points of different colors correspond to samples from different treatments (NC, PC, and SYP), and the close two points are, the more similar the points are in their species composition. The P-value for the Bray–Curtis between NC and PC was 0.608 and between PC and SYP was 0.292
